Hail

There was a thunderstorm on Monday bringing wind, rain and lots of hail to the area. It really was a great storm - especially the watching from inside and keeping dry part!

We had penny-sized hail at the new house:


Also there were several spots where "hail-balls" formed. They looked just like snowballs from a distance (but hurt a lot more on contact):


The rain continued off and on yesterday (Tuesday). The weather is improving though. Things are looking even better for the end of the week and the beginning of summer break!
