A sure sign it's spring somewhere... and baseball season all over!
Curveball Kolsch (a seasonal brew by Pyramid Brewing) is currently available. I know bottles are on sale at Fred Meyer but I am not sure if anyone has this on tap in the Bend area. I picked up a 6-pack last night!
You posted that just so I would comment, didn't you Jen? Yes, it's coming - and I think you know what I'm talkin' 'bout - BASEBALL SEASON!! Bend Elks looking good again this year, but I will have my eyes fixated on the Central Oregon Bucks (The Elks feeder team). Maybe The Bulletin will give them some positive press this year, instead of acting like The Elks are the only game in town. Oh, sorry, tangent. Curve Ball is good, but not quite as satisfying as a Golden Glove ale at Vince Genna Stadium on a hot July day...
I don't know much about the Bucks... but will try to catch one of their games this summer ok? :)
Every time we drive by BHS and there is a game on, Boo begs me to stop (even if it's raining, or snowing!). But we are always on our way somewhere or it's just too cold. I might have to give in soon, so my girl can get her fix!
