After a decade (and change) on hiatus... back on meds. Scott just about fell over laughing when he saw my big can of Questran. 33 is the new 82... woot?!
But... not too many suggested dietary tweaks. She did recommend cutting back on the cheese but not eliminating it all together. Maybe she reads my blog?! :)
