Super

What a pathetic Superbowl. I didn't watch the game itself, but tuned in for the commercials and halftime. Super? Maybe... a "super" waste of time!

This spot, starring the ex-Mr-Spears, was the only commercial I found particularly clever:

Oh well. There's always next year!

This is the first post of yours in which I have to sort of disagree with. I enjoyed quite a few of the commercials (except the snickers...oh man that gave me nightmares).

I LOVED the K-Fed commercial. It gets funnier the more you watch. Who brags over having stacks of dollar bills? That's great stuff!

I'm a big sports fan and even though the media is saying that it was the worst Superbowl, I loved it. 6 turnovers in the first half. That's exciting to watch. Normally it's just a blowout but this time the game was quite entertaining. And Prince rocked at half time. I think that's the first half time show I've ever watched all the way through.

LOL... are you trying to pick a fight? ;)

The Coke ads gave me nightmares. Wow, those were weird. But I guess they succeeded, since I *know* they are Coke ads (and I couldn't tell you who the K-Fed ads were for).

Since I don't watch football anyways, I can't really comment on the game.

And I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree about Prince. It was bad enough, until he started into "Proud Mary".... urrrgh...

Can we still be blog buddies? :)

I'm a lover, not a fighter.

The Coke Ad? The GTA style cartoon where they sing "You give a little love and it all comes back to you La LA la LALALALA, you know you're gonna be remembered for the things that you say and dooo la LA la LALALALA". Words to live by Jen!

K-fed, I remember something about life coming at you fast.

OK, I'll give you Price, I was trashed by half time so my judgement was way off.

Of course we can still be blog buds!

I couldn't get past the headache-inducing animation of the Coke ads... sorry!

Hmmm... that sounds like a good coping mechanism for Prince. I will keep that in mind for next time and will prepare accordingly. ;)
