Flight

It must be tough to be a bird.

From what we could tell, Mama Robin had three babies. One was pushed from the nest and died. This weekend, one learned to fly and left the nest. We have no idea what happened to the third baby.

So... one of "our" three babies made it out into the world. We saw s/he and Mama hopping and flying around the yard, peeping and chirping at each other. His/her orange breast feathers are starting to come in and s/he flies well, but would still rather hop or hide.
